Veteran-Owned Web Studio// Rockwall, TX

We hand-build your website — then hand you the keys.

Skedio Artemis is a veteran-owned web studio in Rockwall, Texas. Every site is coded from scratch and owned 100% by you at launch — domain, code, and every login. No templates, no platform lock-in, and no subscription required to keep what you paid for.

The Promise
Most sites don’t fail loudly. They fail slowly — a template a hundred other businesses share, pages that load like molasses, a login you don’t control. We build the opposite, by hand, one project at a time.

That means saying no — to work we can’t do well, to features that don’t earn their place, to shortcuts that cost you later. What you’re left with is a site that loads fast, reads like your business, and is genuinely yours to keep.

Nornveil World Codex — a character archive screen with portrait and structured lore fields// nornveil.com — live
Web Application · Brand Identity

Nornveil

Problem
Serious fantasy authors track hundreds of interlinked characters, places, and lore notes across scattered documents — and nothing keeps the world and the manuscript consistent as the story grows.
Approach
A full-stack writing environment built from scratch: a manuscript editor beside a structured world codex, with AI-assisted continuity — wrapped in a dark “candlelit archive” identity, not a generic SaaS dashboard.
Outcome
Live at nornveil.com. A single manuscript import builds a structured world of 300+ entries in one pass.

Range Herd Tech dashboard — live map of tracked herds, overview stats, alerts, and event feed// operator dashboard
Website · Landing Page · Operator Dashboard

Range Herd Tech

Problem
Ranchers running herds beyond cell coverage can’t see where their animals are, which ones crossed a fence, or which trackers are failing — and the company needed a credible public face to launch the product.
Approach
The company’s full web presence, built from scratch — marketing site, landing page, and the operator dashboard itself: a live herd map, geofence enter/exit alerts, device health, and an event feed, designed for outdoor-readable clarity.
Outcome
Live at rangeherdtech.com. The dashboard is proven end-to-end — from field tracker to screen — on real hardware.

Process

You approve the design before a line of code is written.

01
Discovery

We sit down — often in person — and walk a structured intake about your business, customers, and goals before any design starts.

02
Mockup

You see and approve a real mockup first. Nothing gets built until the look and direction are signed off. No surprises in dev.

03
Build

Hand-coded to the approved mockup, with SEO and performance baked in. 50% deposit to start, balance at launch.

04
Handoff

Domain, code, hosting, and logins transfer to you, with documentation. You own everything, free and clear.

Straight Answers

The questions every owner actually asks.

How does pricing work?

Every site is a fixed-price project, quoted up front — not an hourly surprise. After a short discovery conversation, you get the full scope and price in writing before any work begins. We take 50% to start and the balance at launch, so there’s nothing open-ended.

Who owns the site when it's finished?

You do — completely. The domain, the source code, the hosting, and every login transfer to your own accounts at launch. There’s no platform you’re locked into, and you owe us nothing to keep it running. You leave owning an asset.

Do I have to pay you every month?

No — you never pay us a monthly fee to keep your site. You own it outright. The only ongoing cost is hosting — the service that keeps your site online — which is usually small (often little more than the domain), and we walk you through it up front. If you ever want changes later, you can hire us per task or for an annual check-up.

When does a custom build actually make sense?

When your site is a real business asset, not a placeholder. If you’ve outgrown a template, you’re losing visitors to slow pages, or the site needs to do something specific, hand-built pays for itself. If you just need a simple page up this week, we’ll tell you so.
